Terms of Service

TimeTracker by Passyz.com · Last updated July 4, 2026

1. The Service

TimeTracker ("the Service") is a web application operated by Passyz.com ("we," "us") that provides employee time tracking, scheduling, and payroll-export tools for businesses. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

  • Business accounts are created by a manager/owner who is responsible for the business's data, its employee accounts, and compliance with these Terms.
  • Employee access is provisioned by the business's manager. Employees use the Service under their employer's account.
  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials (passwords and PINs) confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access data of other businesses, probing or disrupting the Service, submitting false time records, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your Data

The business owns its data (employee profiles, time records, schedules). We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The business is responsible for having the right to enter its employees' information into the Service and for complying with employment and wage-and-hour laws that apply to it.

5. Not Legal or Payroll Advice

The Service records time and computes hour totals (including configurable overtime rules), but it does not provide legal, tax, or payroll advice. Overtime and break rules vary by jurisdiction; the business is solely responsible for configuring the Service correctly and verifying exports before running payroll.

6. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, add, or remove features. If we discontinue the Service we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice and allow data export.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or US$100 if you paid none).

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your business's data. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
