Only to provide the Service to your business: recording time, building schedules, computing hours, generating payroll exports, and notifying users of relevant events. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
If you use TimeTracker as an employee, your employer created your access and controls the business account, including your time records. Questions about how your employer uses this data should go to your employer. We process employee data on the employer's behalf.
Access is protected by authentication, per-business row-level security enforced in the database, and encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure; keep your credentials confidential.
We retain business data while the account is active. A business owner may request export or deletion of the business's data by contacting us. Note that employers may be legally required to retain time records for a period (e.g., FLSA requires 2–3 years in the US) — deletion requests should account for that.
The Service is intended for workplace use and not directed to children under 16 as consumers.
We may update this policy; material changes will be indicated by updating the date above.
